Nothing beats the heat like a cool, refreshing glass of Lemongrass Mohito on a hot summer day. We usually multiple the recipes and serve this citrusy, minty, gingery drink in a big jar. Be aware, it won’t last long.
1 sachet - Singabera Lemongrass Ginger
45 ml - Bacardi Light Rum
6 pcs - Mint Leaves
1 cm - Lemongrass
one half - Lime
1 tbsp. (15 ml) - Simple Syrup
Soda / Sparkling Water
Cut the lime into wedges and place into sturdy glass. Put lemongrass and use a muddler to crush them lightly. Add Singabera Lemongrass Ginger, Bacardi Light Rum, mint leaves and simple syrup in the glass and stir until well. Fill the glass almost to the top with crushed ice and top up with soda water.
