Singabera Latte

Our choice of coffee replacement for afternoon break or lazy weekend mornings. This soothing, caffeine-free drink is also perfect to relax our mind before bed.

INGREDIENTS

1 sachet - Singabera Original Ginger
200 ml - Fresh Milk

DIRECTIONS

Put aside 1/4 teaspoon Singabera Original Ginger for garnish.

Using espresso machine:
Combine Singabera Original Ginger and milk in a metal pitcher and froth together.

Using electric frother:
Heat the milk over medium heat, let it simmer but don’t boil the milk. Add Singabera Original Ginger and whip with electric frother until you get the desired volume of froth.

Pour in a cup or mug and sprinkle the rest of Singabera Original Ginger Drink powder on top before serving.

Lemongrass Mojito

Nothing beats the heat like a cool, refreshing glass of Lemongrass Mohito on a hot summer day. We usually multiple the recipes and serve this citrusy, minty, gingery drink in a big jar. Be aware, it won’t last long.

INGREDIENTS

1 sachet - Singabera Lemongrass Ginger
45 ml - Bacardi Light Rum
6 pcs - Mint Leaves
1 cm - Lemongrass
one half - Lime
1 tbsp. (15 ml) - Simple Syrup
Soda / Sparkling Water 
Crushed Ice

DIRECTIONS

Cut the lime into wedges and place into sturdy glass. Put lemongrass and use a muddler to crush them lightly. Add Singabera Lemongrass Ginger, Bacardi Light Rum, mint leaves and simple syrup in the glass and stir until well. Fill the glass almost to the top with crushed ice and top up with soda water.

Orange Ginger

We also call this the ‘shoo away flu’ mocktail. Beside the health benefit of ginger in helping relieve cold & flu symptoms, the high vitamin C in orange helps strengthen immune system and the anti-bacterial effects of honey are also very well known.
What could be better than that?

INGREDIENTS

1 sachet - Singabera Original Ginger
2 pcs - Orange
one half - Pear
2 tbsp. (30 ml) - Honey
Crushed Ice

DIRECTIONS

Cut and peel the orange to get the flesh; set aside the peels. Combine Singabera Original Ginger, orange flesh, pear and honey in a blender, mix until smooth. Pour into a glass and fill the glass almost to the top with crushed ice.

TIPS

Make use of the leftover orange peels for garnish or candy it! You can substitute the orange with 150ml fresh orange juice.

Apple Zen

The mix of Apple, Beetroot and Carrot was believed to be very effective in maintaining the health of several body organs and the brain functions. We created a gingery mocktail version of this so-called ‘Miracle Drink’.

INGREDIENTS

1 sachet - Singabera Cinnamon Ginger
90 ml - Fresh Apple Juice
45 ml - Fresh Carrot Juice
10 gr - Beetroot
Crushed Ice

DIRECTIONS

Combine the Singabera Cinnamon Ginger, apple juice, carrot juice and beetroot in a blender, mix it all together until smooth. Pour into a glass and fill the glass with crushed ice.

TIPS

Crushed ice will give a bar-quality touch for your homemade drinks. 

The Green

Our version of green smoothies with hint of tangy ginger & cinnamon is a great morning booster. Ginger and cinnamon help stimulate the immune system naturally and horenso (japanese spinach) is particularly rich in calcium and iron.
Also, the mild taste of horenso makes it friendlier for kids.

INGREDIENTS

1 sachet - Singabera Cinnamon Ginger
1 bunch - Fresh Horenso
100 ml - Apple Juice
Ice Cubes

DIRECTIONS

Add Singabera Cinnamon Ginger, horenso and apple juice in a blender. Put 2 or 3 ice cubes on top. Mix it all together with a medium speed for a start and turn it up one notch at a time until smooth. Pour into a glass, add more ice cubes if you like and serve.

TIPS

If you cannot find horenso in your area, you can always substitute with kale or spinach.
